Wednesday morning the post office called me and said my ducklings arrived a day early. So here they are!
They are muscovy ducklings, a meat breed that is fairly quiet as they don’t quack like other ducks. They are a variety of colors. Fifteen were shipped, but we lost one this morning, so are down to fourteen. A few are slated to go to the grandkids this weekend, and more young poultry is due to arrive early tomorrow morning: three kinds of chicks and some turkey poults!
