It was G’s birthday this month, and for his gift I made a tile board of his favorite horse, Legacy.

We lost Legacy in 2006 due to complications from foaling.  She was a very special mare.

In the pictures on the board, the top right is Legacy as a foal, with her two companions.  She was an orphan foal.  The large pic is one I took of her with her foal and her daughter Chocolate, the mare behind her, in 2005.

This was the second tile board I have done, and the first I have done on my own.  It turned out pretty good!  Now we just have to put a hanger on the back and find a good place to hang it.  It will be a good remembrance of Legacy.
